- The Franklin County Crisis Care Center is a first-of-its-kind facility designed to support adults experiencing mental health or addiction-related crises. Open 24/7, the center provides walk-in services and 23-hour observation in a safe, welcoming environment, no appointment or referral required.

- The center is open to any adult, age 18 and older, in Franklin County who is experiencing a behavioral health crisis, including mental health distress or substance use concerns. Whether you come on your own, are brought by a loved one, or brought by a first responder, you will be welcomed with dignity and compassion.
- The center operator is Recovery Innovations, a behavioral health care not-for-profit that has pioneered 24/7 crisis emergency centers and operates in 10 states. Recovery Innovations has over 30 years of experience providing emergency care to adults experiencing a mental health and/or substance use crisis.
